Mr. Chandrakant Salunkhe has been putting efforts for the industrial development, investment promotion, SME development, Promotion of Exports, assistance for acquisition of new technology, joint ventures, collaboration, international business alliance for the last 20 years. He is also working for the skill, infrastructure and SME development in rural areas.

He has been organising awareness programmes and activities to educate and empower entrepreneurs to compete with world market and motivate young generation to start their own business activities and resolve problems and issues related to industry, banks, government departments, international trade and law and order.

Mr. Salunkhe has widely travelled to USA, Canada, Israel, Egypt, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Hungary, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Bahrain, UAE South Africa, Oman, Mauritius, France, Belgium, Austria ,Taiwan, Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Salunkhe has taken initiative to set up following organisations for the development of SME Sector and is regularly organising various activities for updating knowledge amongst the SME Sector in various important aspects for better development.

Mr. Prashant Nagre has got more than 20 years of experience in the Pharma Industry and held many senior position in reputed pharmaceutical companies.

A master in the Management Sciences, he also holds Post Graduate Diploma in International trade besides a degree in Pharmacy.

He has handled many functions and responsible for - API Business, Looking after three production and two R&D units, Ensuring regulatory compliance : USFDA, TGA, EDQM etc., Strategy Implementation and large account relationships.

His current responsibilities as Head, Pharmaceuticals, Sterling Biotech Limited include Overall responsibility of Pharmaceutical business, Production, Business Development Strategy, Marketing, Sales and , R&D.

He has taken many initiatives in Pharma formulations, API basic research, Fermentation based products etc.

Mr. S. Maheshkumar is the Director and General Secretary of India International trade Centre (IITC-INDIA). He has been devoted to the activities for the betterment of SMEs and their business enhancement for more than 12 years. He specialises in Event Management and Business Development. He has extensively traveled in India and abroad to coordinate the work of IITC-INDIA with various organisations and authorities. In addition to organising many Exhibitions, trade Fairs and Conferences in India and abroad, he has played a major role in working out MoUs for cooperation with Organisations in many Countries

He is also the Director, Macro Corporate Services Private Limited which is offers a number of services to clients in India and abroad for the past many years. The services include liaison with government authorities, identifying buyers, importers and distributors, channelising trade funding, liaison and arranging meetings with multinational companies, organizing international seminars, facilitating business matchmaking and other trade promotional activities.
